Refund policy

• Subject to applicable consumer protection law in the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered, you may be entitled to cancel an order and receive a refund within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is returned unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Certain items (e.g., opened cosmetic/hygiene products) may be non-returnable for health and safety reasons, to the extent permitted by law.
• Return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect, are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned item.
